Through our cutting-edge technology and seamless delivery services, we empower retailers to conveniently restock their stores and enhance their overall sales performance. PacknPay is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology team and drive innovation in our B2B E-commerce Solutions platform. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leveraging technology to solve complex business problems and drive business growth. As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our technology strategy, including product development, software engineering, data analytics, and IT infrastructure. You will work closely with the executive team to align technology initiatives with our business goals and ensure the successful execution of our technology roadmap. Responsibilities: ·     Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy to support the company's business objectives and drive innovation in our B2B E-commerce Solutions platform. ·     Lead and manage a team of software engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge technology solutions. ·     Develop and implement a long-term technology roadmap aligned with PacknPay's business strategy. ·     Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology budget. ·     Oversee all aspects of the B2B e-commerce platform's development and maintenance, including security, scalability, and performance. ·     Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation and maintenance. ·     Partner with other departments such as Sales, Operations, and Marketing to ensure seamless technology integration across the organization. ·     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that will deliver the greatest value to our customers and stakeholders. ·     Manage the company's IT infrastructure and ensure that it is secure, scalable, and reliable. Qualifications:   ·     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. ·     Proven experience as a technology leader, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. ·     Strong technical background in software development, data analytics, and IT infrastructure.
